Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GlowingSupply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or reshipments.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly assist with a replacement or solution.
